With referenss to my despatch No.91 of the

31rk of May on the subjest of the mode of insuing the dollar in the Far East, I have the honour to inform you that it has been found necessary to make a slight alteration in the sxylenstory part of Paragraph 2 of the Treasury Minute of the 17th of March,
